Here’re 3 different ways that you can do to kick start your fitness and get into shape in no time.

Resistance Training



Resistance training is my all time favourite, and in my opinion, there’s no better way to lose fat, build muscle and generally feel an all round bad ass!

There’re many benefits to resistance training including:

  • Increased muscle mass
  • Fat loss
  • Improved concentration
  • Improved sleep
  • Confidence booster
  • Helps you feel happier

If you say you didn’t want at least one of these things, I would say you were telling porky pies. Yoga has been around for centuries and no doubt it will be around for centuries more, and there’s a good reason for that. Yoga has heaps of benefits and is practiced by all types of people, from old to young, and from newbies to experienced gym goers.

Benefits include:

  • Improved digestion
  • Improved blood circulation
  • Increased flexibility
  • Increased stability
  • Help tone and strengthen your core
  • Stress relief

Even just 10 minutes of yoga a day can have huge positive effects on your health. So after a long day at the office with all your other caveman buddies, give 10 minutes of yoga a go and see how you feel.


Interval Training



Ahh yes, interval training. If you’re thinking ‘have I ever tried interval training?’ Then the answer is probably no, because trust me, you would know if you’ve tried interval training. Your heart rate increases to the rate of a mouse and the sweat will pour out of you faster than sprinkler on full blast.

BUT you just can’t help but keep coming back for more, and there’s a good reason why. The benefits of interval training appeal to most with such benefits as:

  • Build a healthier heart
  • Increase in activity levels
  • Boost your metabolism
  • Ultimate fat burner
