All deliveries are currently sent out via Collect+ economy. Collect+ are one of the UK’s most respected courier services with an excellent Trust Pilot review score.
The cost of delivery is £3.99 on all orders under £60 and free for all orders over £60
Deliveries can take 3-5 working days to arrive and are tracked.
Once your order is received, packed and ready for shipment, you will receive notification of your tracking ID. More information on how you can track your parcel can be found here – Track My Parcel
Because The Office Caveman clothing range is purchased separately, these can take up to 10 working days to arrive. We do work hard with the supplier to ship these sooner. As a result clothes will be sent separately other items.
Cancelling/Amending Your Order & Returns
We’re super quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive your purchase as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed, please email email@example.com as soon as possible with any changes or cancellations.
If you would like to return an item please email firstname.lastname@example.org. You should then send the goods, in their original condition and packaging, to: The Office Caveman Ltd, 154 Grangeway, Runcorn, WA7 5JA.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with this requirement.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of the return shipment.
All items must be returned unused, in their original condition.
We will refund the price of the product in full, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request, provided the goods are returned within that period.
Exchanging Your Order
If you wish to exchange a product or flavour, please contact Customer Services within 14 days of receiving your order so that your account can be updated. Before returning the item, please email email@example.com
There is no charge to exchange items for a new flavour or different size, however, all exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping is also free on the replacement item, but you will need to cover the cost of the shipping to send the product back to us.
Please note that we are only able to offer flavour exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it and purchase again separately.
You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
Faulty Or Defective Goods
If you receive an item that is faulty or defective, please contact Customer Services in the first instance to provide further details. Before returning the item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card and will include shipping costs for faulty items or for orders cancelled under the DSRs only.
Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.
Returns outside 14 days may be accepted at the discretion of The Office Caveman Ltd.
Items should be returned new, unused with product seals intact. Returns that are used, damaged, or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- All items are quality controlled and checked before they are dispatched to customers.
- Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
- Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
- Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
